This one's more directed to Swiney and Ninara... But if you guys know anything helpful, do tell.
Anyone know where I can find some good pants for ze show? Hot Topic (aka, Emo land) is highly unreliable. I've been looking all over online and I can't find anything cheap. I don't wanna spend more than $40. Lots of people I ask tell me they have superb luck at salvation army... not so much for me. Any pants I find are 6x too big.
Gotta look good for the show....
Because I have to.
And stuff.

Hmmmm.... the last pair of pleather pants I bought was from either JC Penney or Dillards, I forget which. Think they were $36.00 regular price, got them on sale for something like 7 dollars. But that was over a year ago. I haven't seen any pleather pants recently in any mass-market retailet, not even in our miniature Hot Topic (has about 2/3rds of the stock a normal Hot Topic has), and the only places I know of offhand to get them online tend to be cheap lingerie sites (even then, pleather is hard to find, as vinyl and real leather tend to be more preferred on lingerie sites). If you have any consignment shops in your area, you might want to try those... mainly the ones aimed at reselling clothes to college students, I've found that the type that resell womens' and petites' clothing tend to stock lots of Susan Bristol leftovers and pantsuits Good luck finding a pair... and if you do, could you let us know where you found them? (I need a new pair, my old ones no longer fit ) NP

hehe, I know a few places. I know this is a girl question, but I happen to know. First, there is a store in seattle called metro, that has some sexy clothes. Lots of sexy clothes, but you probably can't get there and they don't have a website(i think). You can always go to ebay and search for pleather and vinyl and see what crazy stuff comes up, usually they have stores where you can get new stuff for good prices. And the last place(probably the best), go to lipservice.com they provide a lot of the clothes for hot topic and any other goth or pseudogoth store you will find. they should have tons of stuff. Good luck.

I forgot about lipservice.com! Well, I tend to forget about most things the rest of the US takes for granted; it REALLY sucks living in the middle of Southern Baptist Nowhere!!! Anyhow, looking through my list of assorted links I'd forgotten I saved, www.allhot.com/ (that one comes from the bf) might help you... all the other possible related links I have lead to specialty lines that *sometimes* use pleather and generally tend to be overpriced. I was going to suggest lipservice.com Great suggestion! And, if you're pervy like me, hit the sex shops. That's where I got my outfit!
