Those are nice pictures... Pretty sweet. I would love to see pics of the guitars and other instruments used during said creation.

i'm wondering what he's doing in that third picture... peeking in his pants? scratching his balls? tucking in his shirt?
.... teasing me and zero? yeah, i think that's it.

That is one hell of a way to annoy the neighbours Oh yeah. One of the Bartenders I work with has a sound system. He set his 36 inch speakers next to his neighbors windows and cranked it.

Notice the Tropicana orange juice below the light? I noticed that all orange juice made in england was crap, so I too had to drink only orange juice from my homeland.

I remember seeing these pictures years ago, perhaps before this forum was born, but I cannot recall where I found them. SHould I go & stalk RW when I next visit london ? It might scare him back into his studio which (I think) is on the floor above the studio which Harry uses - that's todays fact of the day !!!!!

I know this may not impress everyone on this site ...but standing vigil ? Fuck that ...I'd be nothing more than a type of tree-hugger & my times too important as I always have a million & 1 places to visit whenever I go to London. It would be like you Aussie's visiting civilisation..you have to make the most of it befor you return back to your 'Abo' caves

Fucking classic!
I live in melbourne, but for a city its really a speck compared to most cities in the world. But it was the worlds most livable city last year.
Abo caves *wipes tear from eye*

For the record....no offence was intended towards any native australians with the 'Ab' remark...it's just I could not spell aboriganie (?).

I can't spell it myself, it was still a classic remark.

That red neon crucifix is right out of Poppy Z. Brite (before she felt the need to start writing about the restaurant business)... I'm just wondering where the bobblehead plastic Jesus is hiding. *wanders down to basement to dig out her PZB collection*

Actually, I took those pictures. I have about 15 more but they're awaiting another project. Those are the ones I posted on thesickcity.com message boards.
I took a shitload of the studio, then Raymond moaned about my not taking any of him, so I did. He'd just come back from his father's birthday party, so was dressed. The blurry ones were taken in the taxi afterwards.
If you knew how hard it is to get Raymond to agree to get his picture taken, you'd know how odd it was that he had a moan about my not taking any of him. Especially at five in the fucking morning.

Oh no, hydra, now you've done it... you've gone and gotten Zer0 all worked up (I'd be all worked up too but am too drugged right now to come up with more than a apathetic "oooh, someone who knows Ray... must pester and stalk" reaction)... soon the madness will begin again... and it'll be all your fault! Well, hello!
I'm Hydra. I push buttons and flip switches and read things very carefully for Raymond. Somewhere between promoter and prodder, I guess.
News: I have to be vague here, sorry. There is STUFF happening in the coming year and lo, it will be good. But it will trickle. Such is the nature of the beast.
On a personal note, Raymond is under the weather a lot lately, stomach pains and such. As such, it's quite difficult to envisage touring plans in the near future. But he's not bed ridden or anything, don't worry.
If you lot would be interested in coordinating a get well, we love you Raymond card, I can help out with that. It'd be a nice pick me up. It's been a rough year.

A card could be a hassle to send around to everyone, but if you each wanted to design an A4 sheet of something, I could collect them and fashion them into a fan book.
A4 is about the same size as US 8 1/2" by 11" iirc.
Hello, Depatone. Great to see you here.

it seems i am quite late in replying to this thread as well. welcome welcome hydra! great to see you here.
i'm definitely going to put something together for our sultan of swine. i'd hate to think of him being under the weather and in crappy spirits (they'd be much better if they were distilled).
now......... just what do you say to someone you respect and appreciate this much?

I am not sure what you say, except what an inspiration he has been. I am going through a really rough time at the moment and if it wasn't for his music I don't know where I would be.
