My High Protein <PIG> Inspired Self-Portrait
www.flickr.com/photos/meliorcm/3925479081/
This piece has been many years in the making (started 3 yrs ago). -It started off as a warped version of the Sinsation cover. -Then after drawing on it again became a merged self portrait. -This is one of the primary pieces that I'm working on right now. -This is the first time that I've posted any steps of progress in my work other than finished results...

Alright seeing as I couldn't buy the paint that I wanted at Lowes in a smaller amount I chose to do it in colored pencil! It takes hours to finish a few square inches so its a difficult process.
An additional photo will be added in the first post soon.

I used to use acrylic paints, I'd always have to water them then thicken them, trying to stretch 'em out. As far as pencils go, I always wanted to buy Prismacolors then I realized that I go through pencils too fast for it to be cost efficient... anyway, I can't wait to see the final result.
