I just realized how much Guild Wars has taken over my Internet life when I noticed that my post count on this site is lower than my post count on my guild's site by about 500 posts.
Especially sad since I've been a member here more than twice as long as there...
Gotta find something else to do with my boyfriend while he's still 2100 miles away from me...

Well then spam about things that you'd like to rant about here more.

I am against MMO's. My parents were addicted to Evercrack for 8 years of my life. I frown upon anyone who wastes their life doing those things.

I found out recently that an old associate of mine still plays text based MUDDs (this dude is a geek squad tech).

Man, those are for the UBER nerdy. I get the biggest headache looking at it.

I delayed adding that this guy also has a tattoo of a Drizzt whose face doesn't look like an elf (that is what it is supposed to be right?) but instead looks like this guy...

Ah god, Drizzt... man oh man we used to play some games with him in the lead role. Our friend Aaron used to play him. God we were soooo with the AD&D... (read: write the characters on PAPER, roll the die, and follow our own DM's plotline... not video games or those crappy pre-written games they had). Stop making my nerd show dammit!

I talk with a D&D girl on the bus. I swear that here name must be kathleen or cat, something like that.
She has that look of a female named Cat. For her its not really in a bad way as she semi-attractive and is active, but yes she plays D&D and goes to those renaissance festivals... That is Not sexy...
Possibly she'll redeem herself with other skills/interests...
I don't know what I put D&M or what the hell that could stand for.

D&M... hmm... does not compute. Anywho, renaissance fairs are neat, but I can't stand those people who take them so seriously. I knew of few of them... so sad... they actually used words like maiden and wench in every other sentence... and not talking about bands or tools either... They were all those crazy wicca types too... not that there's anything wrong with wicca, except for the fact that it's a religion, I just get sick and tired of all the "take empowerment from the earth and cleanse your aura and seek the white light" crap. I'm entirely too pessimistic for ANY religion, especially the tree-hugging variety (ironic since I'm often teased as a tree-hugging hippy hah).

Never been to a renaissance fair. I wouldn't mind going once. The food is probably interesting.

I wouldn't ever go to one on my own or have desire to go but if this girl was to assuRe me that I'd be fully amused I may go once.
Why the hell did I put an M...

I am so trying to make sense of that sentence HP and I can't... Was to assure you that you'd be amused? Is that is? I haven't been since I was young, but it was pretty amusing. I mostly liked all the neat crafty things they had - jewelry and weapons and such. Plus horsies. Didn't see any legendary Esquilaxes though...
