It was fun checking out what most would see as a poor man's version of Seattle WA. It has some unique music stores, restaurants, and is fairly easy to commute around.

Portland is a lot of fun. It's a city that's hard to leave. The fact that we have more strip joints and micro brews per capita then any other city is awesome. We also have the best public transit system in the US. As you saw, we connect quite a distance of Oregon.

Review the top concert venues sometime. I may see a gig at the Wonder Ballroom.

I'll give it a shot. 1) Wonderballroom: Great sound system, very nice looking venue. Lots of open area for people. 2 levels for those who don't want to stand. And the place remains rather cool even with the large group of people. Downside: None that are their fault. 2) Mt Tabor. Nice sound system. Good looking place. Place isn't too large. Downside: Bad ventilation. Even the bands complain about how hot it is in there. 3) Roseland. Great sound system. amazing place for moshpits. Fits a good deal of people. Downside: The owners are horrible. They try to screw everyone over. 4) Dante's. Sound system is very nice. The security is amazing. The drinks are well-priced. Has a lounge area for those who do not want to be int he thick of the croud. Downside: Small. Very small. 5) Crystal Ballroom. Not abad place. Sound system is good. Downside: Place isn't very large. 6)Aladan Theater: Never been there. But heard it was ok. Downside: Muddy sound system, and not very large.

7) Rock and Roll Pizza: Great place for a mosh. Good food, good drinks. They also have a lounge. Downside: Sound system has too much of an echo. And it's in the middle of nowhere. I'll look into more places later.

I may be destined to see a concert at Wonder Ballroom. I had a dream about two weeks ago that I saw Was Not Was again at a place that has a stage the same size/make/layout as what I saw online of this venue's stage and floor.

Once I've got a place a floor will be open to any of my friends who want to crash. Or maybe a couch if I can afford one.

I actually slept on a floor most of last year. It was therapy for my back/neck that worked. I'll be seeing 16 volt in Seattle.

I love it here. I forgot you came around damn it. It's a fun town. People are easy to fuck with, and the cops are lazy (unless you are a teenager, then they fuck with you constantly.) If you see a green sedan screaming around town with sirens and NIN blaring, that's me

Well I went to an awesome park outside where I work after a 12 hour long 3rd shift and played tennis for at least 2 hours in the sun with my (as always) Black work slacks on, work boots and black workout shirt. It seems many from the northwest can't handle heat. My only problem was my lack of common sense in not using sunscreen which I'll use again soon. Aloe does wonders!

I do and it does the job after working real hard. It has been very sunny and void of clouds lately so I've played some full court basketball which has kicked my butt good and plenty.

I've started my Tae Bo again. Every time I do this, I feel like I need to be in the emergency room after. But once I get used to it, I can burn a lot of really good calories.

Ohh yeah this week on Wednesday around 3am we had a party at work with a live band. I ate 3 chicken legs, many ribs, 2 ice cream sandwiches and one root beer.
After I cleansed my system today I'm at 141lbs nows!?
I guess junk food from time to time is ok.

Funny.... I too binge from time to time, but I have myself an iced latte and a good-sized poop and then I am down in weight.
