...honestly, I had no idea who this fucker was until this whole media frenzy started...
Now I do believe that his remarks towards the Rutger's team to be very offensive, disgusting and quite ignorant, however, there's something that does bother me.... Isn't firing him and bascially banning him from every form of media blocking his constitutional right to voice an opinion? I mean, we let the KKK roam the streets saying worse shit. Howard Stern has insulted every race, religion and way of life... I mean, "nappy headed ho's" isn't the worst insult in the universe. It's not indecent or obscene by the law. Why has this man lost his job? Obviously his opinion doesn't reflect the opinion of the station...
Should we just take everyone's voice away and go with every majority opionion? Sure, less conflict and babble this way, but what does this do to our society?

Ahh, but Stern WAS fired for using the 'N' word. Even if it was him quoting Oprah and asking why she could use it and he coudn't. This is why he's on Sat. Radio.

I guess you have a point, but the "n-word" is a bit harsher in history than "nappy-headed ho's"... I mean the phrase itself is mildly comical and childish. I think he should've been suspended. Not fired.

He's going to be the shining example of the new "intolerance towards racism". Whenever someone says something on print, radio, television, or whatever, they'll use his example as a reason for reprimand. The worst part was: His comment was not racist in nature. Their basketball team has women of other races. It was just an insult that has gone WAY too far. Hell, even Spike Lee said the man has said more controversial things in the past.
