I am curious to find where some of rays sampling comes from, by that i mean the random movie esque quotes in his songs. The one in particualr that is bothering me is found during the intro of "Wrecked" and in the begining of "Organzola." does anyone know what movie that came from?
also it sounds like the a different sample from the same movie/show is used in "the only good one is a dead one."

The sample whose origin I've always wanted to know is the one in Preach/Pervert... the "Lay on your face and beg that the mercy of God will come upon you" one (that creates the nastiest mental image for me when I hear that sample.... )

The part in Organzola where the guy says "You betta shu up!" sounds like John Travolta to me. Hehehe it paints a very funny picture actually.

All these obsecure samplings are making me wonder if Ray just sits around watching obsecure movies and listening to thrash metal to get get ideas for his samples.
I only bring up the thrash metal part because of blood slicked highway featuring both the likes of Anthrax's "N.F.L." and Slayers "Raining Blood."

For the longest time I always heard him say 'he's gonna come with pee and juice, and with lea' And that really doesn't make any sence at all.

The One thing I have always wanted to know. And this is not really a sample, and I think I have asked this question before. But what is he saying in prayer praise and profit. The part I'm talking about is kinda like the chorus to the song, but it isn't written in the lyrics, or posted on any site I have found. It sounds to me like he is saying 'remember the time......' and lots of other stuff that starts with remember, but I really have no idea.

Manjuice & bread reminds me of a game we used to play at my scholl (an all boys boarding school) many years ago. However, I think the school has since been closed & we (namely the teachers & I) never got on. Twas a shame as it cost my parents a fortune & I left with FCUK-all except a few life-skills. Hey-ho, I have a real good job now so...the moral or the story is...if you don't do well with yur studies, fuck it & have a good time. Then, when you recover from too many good times, work your tits off then.... Here endeth the lesson..........

I always thought it was some religious nut talking about Jesus coming back.

How DID you find that out? Sadly, I like watching movies...I have nearly 500 DVD's & some shit just stays in my head. As I left school as a 'fuckwit' :PI obviously found a knack of remembering shit. Talented or what !!!!!

There's also more samples from Under Siege at the begning of the song. No wonder I was shit at school, my head seems to leak useful information & retain shit !!!!!!!!
