My goal is to get into better shape & condition very soon. I am working traveling gigs and need energy all day long. Carbs, sugars, etc... aren't what work for optimal energy levels. So to advance this as quickly as possible I will not be eating anything but meats this month. Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb and Fish This is a challenge for myself only. My current girlfriend believes meat doesn't help people get and stay lean so I will be proven her very wrong.
Here it goes...
June 1 - After work I ate one T-Bone steak @ Denny's and took one to go which I ate for breakfast. For lunch we went to Longhorn steak house and I got a full rack of ribs. I ate half of it ate the site before work. The bank manager ordered food, so I chose steak gyro without bread. I then had a beef jerky while at another work sight from a quicky mart. After that we had a late night meal at Johnny Rockets and I had a chicken breast with onions (didn't eat the onions). Later that night I finished my rack of ribs. Whoa, what a did after typing/reading.
June 2 - Today for breakfast I ate a few links of turkey sausage at the breakfast bar. Lunch TBD...
June 3 - The drive back to Jacksonville, go home and hit Sushi buffet, mad amounts of raw salmon and tuna.
June 4 - First day back Home, Steak & Ribs that night
June 5 - Weekend, fasted and had Nose infection, got antibiotics, at beef jerky with meds, had chicken that night
June 6 -
June 7 - Drive back to work...
June 8 - Work day ...

I imagine that you'll want to supplement with a lot of fiber

I drink fruit juices and intend on buying vitamins (liquid ones) very soon.
