So me and HP are done being in the fat farm (not that either one of us is really fat). Starting Monday we are going semi-vegan. No meat. No pasta. No milk. Just fruits, veggies and good stuff.
I am thinking about starting a vlog about this. I am going to start monday because I will finish up with my miscarriage by then.
My goal is to be 120lbs by 2010.
Wanna join up? Need advice/help? Post away. Once I post a vid or two, I will link it up on here.

Wowzers! I don't think I could do it, I love me some meats... oh and those Jalepeno Doritos...
Er, but anyway, a lot of the TSU people do that, I could probably ask them if you needed any specific vitamins or fruit and veggie recommendations.

I have not been as active as I was in Seattle WA. My lifestyle is totally different here as I have to drive places here that were usually compressed in downtown Seattle or used the bus to get to and when I do walk it isn't far.
I've eaten very poorly for no reason other than bad decisions.
I will be cut by the end of this year like I was last year. Yeah I'm sexy and always am but I want to be leaner and faster.

i think walking is underated somewhat... walk your butts off...its good on your joints and this time of year can be rather enjoyable! head to the trees!

I've become so inactive in the past couple years... it's weird, I always used to keep myself busy when I was younger. Over the years I've done gymnastics, ballet, tap, jazz, baton, and, Taekwondo.
I need to take something up again...

There's nowhere interesting here to walk... maybe it'd be worth it to go up to Pittsburgh just for a walk?

Living in New England, this is the best time of year to go for walks. The leaves are gorgeous right now. The only downside is that with the drop in temperature, my lungs will get cold fast, which causes me to wheeze. And cough. And leaves me susceptible to illness. So I walk more than run this time of year.
