What is your favorite KMFDM song with and without Raymond?
Raymond has been on many many great KMFDM songs, I'm still thinking.
Spit Sperm is a great song that is PIG like!

it's nice to see that someone else likes 'that's all' as much as i do. the presence of ohgr on adios was pretty cool. he should have just played frontman for that album.

I think that my favorite from each album is: Opium: "Cuntboy" 84-86: "Laminated Love" WDYKD: "The Unrestrained Use Of Excessive Force" DBYT: "Disgust" UAIOE: "En Esch" Naive: "Liebeslied" Money: "Under Satan" Angst: "Glory" Naive HTG: "Virus (Pestilence Mix)" Vs PIG: "F. Me" Nihil: "Brute" Xtort: "Wrath" Symbols: "Leid Und Elend" Adios: "D.I.Y." Attak: "Dirty" WWIII: "Jihad" After looking through these I would say that I have listened to "Glory" the most.. To many to pick only one fav...

I dont own any KMFDM so this could be a stupid question, but was Save Me a Pig song or KMFDM song first or two diffrent songs? KMFDM - Save Me was on the album Attak which Tim Skold sung, Raymond wasn't on the track but did songs on the cd. Correct 2 different songs.

So is it the same song that is on Wrecked?

So is it the same song that is on Wrecked? No. 'Save Me' from wrecked is Raymonds doing. Sascha and Tim Skold wrote the 'Save Me ' track on Attak

There are so, so many KMFDM songs that I love. I can easily give my top two though.
Number one is "Split"; especially, the "Mirror-Ball" mix from "Vogue". I just love the atmosphere of this song. Narcotic, hypnotic, all nighttime and sparkly, yes. It's so good. It has this mystic optimism.
Number two is "Unfit". Again, I love the atmosphere. This one colder and darker, but still lit up; like some futuristic city no people are allowed to live in. Inhabited only by glinting, cold metal and glowing graphs of neon.
I think most people may tend to prefer the harder and faster stuff. I love that stuff too, but I can't help wishing KMFDM would slow it down like these two more often. These two songs are like really, really good sex to me. Slow it down and feel EVERYTHING.

ya know for me every cd sounds so different that it is hard to pic a favorite song, cause they are too hard to compare. But Inane is deffinitly one of my favorites, i find my self singing it in the car when no music is going all the time(my ghetto car has zero audio). Anyway, ultra brute revenge save me(at first i couldn't stand the song, but it really grew on me) liebeslied(the original form naive with o'furtuna in it) Virus(the mix from johnny pneumatic) anarchy apathy helmut mien helmut zip(cause it's goofy)
One time a friend of mine asked me to make him a shor little best of kmfdm cd so he could get an idea of how they sounded. no prob right. fuck!! it ended up being 5 cd's long. probably my 4 favorite songs from each album, plus some singles and stuff. The point is it's way to hard for me to pick a favorite song from a band that has such a rediculous library of amazing musik.

calm down now. anyway. after thinking of this I realized that it totally depends on my mood. I think a lot of there stuff is different enough to not really be comparable. I would say I have favorites from all the cd's. but really not overall favorites. there is just too much, and it is to different.

ULTRA. The song that got me into them and my favourite KMFDM song of all time.
Without Watts on vocals, I'd say A Hole In The Wall. That's a very powerful song.

Any with Watts of course...
but lately "Go To Hell" from "Naive" has been really addictive...
