Ok, sod the cryptic shit, here's the straight dope.
The archive has been stuffed full of more topics, as has the dead threads forum. The way he decided was that if something hadn't been posted to (excluding bumps) in May or later, it was moved. Archive got the things that are informative, and dead threads were either timed sales threads or that sort of thing that wouldn't be of much use to anyone new to the boards.
Raymond, having emerged from a torrential downpour of frustration, has gathered everything he's been working on for the past few weeks and decided that yes, virginia, there is an album. It's been put back in the manger til he finishes two little project jobs which are time sensitive, but it's still progressing at an impressive speed.
Charlie is finally back within range of the auction merchandise and we actually might have the cash to cover her shipping costs to send out eBay stuff from the tour. A lot of it is very silly, but some of it is well cool, like the stinky designer trenchcoats he's had since Schwein, and the bowler hat, etc. After our shipping expenses, Raymond has asked us to put the remainder of the proceeds into additional expenses like server space and printing (keep reading) and he will get the rest whether he likes it or not.
I said "well cool" and I'm not sorry.
We were waiting on a thing from Raymond to send to our forum competition winner that didn't know he'd entered. Sorry about the delay, mate.
We have a new t-shirt in the works. We got tired of waiting for the rest of the merch to become available, and figured you're about as fed up as we are. SO. It's a limited edition shirt for this year only and is in keeping with the Golden Year of the Pig. We WILL be taking pre-orders and we only need to sell 25 pre-orders to make 100 shirts, after which they will be done. If the demand is REALLY great, we'll do another run with a different colour. Don't freak out if it doesn't pop up in the next week. Our artist person is amazing but busy, and wants to nail this design for us and not do a rush job. Then we have to get the design finalised by Raymond, THEN we'll send it to the printers.
We are doing the shipping ourselves from here, so you'll pay actual cost of postage and packing. Please remember that it may work out to be expensive for us to ship to your country, but we'll keep costs as low as possible.
The progress with the DVD is ony slow because thepigpen is working pretty much two jobs and is doing the editing in his spare time. It's a labour of love for him and he's not rushing it to be a half-arsed job. He's not getting paid and he's doing it on his own. Please keep this in mind while you roil in your computer chairs. We're just grateful he's doing it at all.
The PIG Trig thing is up and running. The coolest thing about it is the player which you can embed in other things. Go figure it out. trig.com/pig/invite
Raymond got his password for the forums re-sent to him. We will surround that with hopes that something will get him to type in a box much like this one.
There IS MORE in the works, but it's not gelled enough to put on the menu yet. I'm still on the road, but I'm hassling Raymond through email as often as possible, and KQ and Vitreous are holding the fort.
That is all.
