The CD listing on this site says that the Cleopatra version of Praise the Lard was limited to 3,000 copies. Is this the version that says (C) 1997 Cleopatra Records / (P) 1992 Syncro Digital Records next to the barcode on the back?
'cause if it is, I just got myself a copy for $8...

I don't think its as rare as everyone else says it is. I got mine for like $10 as well. I thought I had a great deal, but I see it more than the other version. Then again, the sick city compilation supposedly only has 1,000 copies and last I checked, they were still for sale online. I guess its all where you get your info. Record companies lie. That's the business, I guess.

The initial unauthorized repressing of Praise the Lard by Cleopatra was 3,000 and then got authorization by Raymond to make more as he was finally paid. They made 1,000 of Sick City compilation but it Still hasn't sold out! Praise the Lard in any version is pretty rare in comparision to Sinsation, Wrecked & GAM though.

Just got Praise the Lard via an Amazon seller for $10.49 plus expedited shipping so $15 something total...
New and sealed...now if I could just have someone fund my addiction completely...
Amazon's been good to me CD hunting wise...just make sure the seller has a high rating before you buy for extra safety...goes through Amazon so you have some security there...
I recently found "The Swining/Red Raw and Sore" new they said for $12.99 plus fast shipping so $17 total...
and "Wrecked" new but in mint condition for $7 something plus fast shipping...
both together was $30 total.
(All are on their way in the mail...so I'll ya know if I feel scammed...or if I should be aware of anything, let me know!)

I got a great deal via half.com... and I've never had a problem. Always checking the feedback is key.
