With much (much) training and a lot of Human Growth Hormone you could be like her.
I'll scan a few pictures from a small magazine I got this week that show some of here training methods (whoa they're sick).
She's a rare breed of woman I do see her being prego (not the sauce) and bare foot in a kitchen any time soon.

I've been lazy on my exercises lately... I should get back to that. I'm too poor to go to the gym. I want to exercise more but the winter cold is making me steer clear.

One thing that I do daily to strengthen my core/flush out things is pound on my stomach with bottom of fist punches. Do that a few hundred times a day and it does wonders.

Yes it does work. I do at least 100 strikes to my mid section a day (hundreds sometimes). Usually around the time that I usually excreet.
-Upper, Middle, Lower sections of Abdomine -Sections Left & Right of the Abdomine -Some on the sides while I stretch the other way
I swear by it and will do it until the day I die now.
