I'm trying to rip some audio tracks off a DVD but I'm stumped as to how they've been put on the DVD in the first place. Every other DVD I have done this with, the audio has been in it's own chapter(s), so the process is straight forward. Insert DVD, open ImToo DVD Ripper (the software I'm using), sort out which chapter(s) have the audio tracks I'm after, rip them. The DVD single for Dave Gahan's I Need You has changed that. I cannot find the audio. Infact I can't find anything other than the film clip (chapter 1). I know the audio is there because it loads when I put the DVD in my player. I'm also unable to find the splash screen that loads when the DVD is in my player. I've noticed also, then when I play these tracks, my timer remains on 00:00:00. All I can think of now, is to run the line out of my sound card into the line in and then use sound recorder to capture the song. Anyone else able to suggest anything?
Thanks.

Try this: Tools>Folder options>View Tab>Show hidden files and folders. If that does not fix it, it may be security features in the DVD. Or you could contact the software manufacturer. I am not familiar with that program.
