Choose your favorite PIG album and explain why you chose it. *Also include what country it came from.*
Mine is a tie between the US and Japan versions of Wrecked. I love The Book of Tequila (but not daily)

Wrecked...but i like the bastardized version i've got with all the tracks. if i'm not allowed to pick the 'international version' of wrecked, then i choose 'the swining/red raw & sore".

Praise the lard is pretty kickass. i wish it was easier to buy ray's stuff so more people could hear his earlier shit. oh well.

I believe with my site, this forum and Ebay.com mostly that people seeking his work can find it. Have you noticed that some of the people on ebay are paying nearly $100 for A Poke In The Eye... With A Sharp Stick and A Stroll In The Pork on cd are just making mp3s of them and then putting them right back up for auction?

i'd like to see rereleases, man. wouldn't have to be much...but i mean, if people are paying hundred's of dollars for these albums clearly demand is there.

Wrecked (US). Every song on that album is great. Esp. No One Gets Out of Her Alive and that My Sanctuary remix. Plus it's great to listen to Contempt and know tht Raymond is making fun of how Sascha writes music while listening to it.

Wrecked (U.S. version). All the songs on it kick ass. Top favorites on that album are: Blades (slash mix), The Only Good One's A Dead One, No One Gets Out Of Her Alive and My Sanctuary (spent sperm mix)

Wrecked is probably the top of the pops as far as pig is concerned. I'm glad it's still available, because if i wanted someone to start anywhere it would be wrecked.

is it just me but do you expect, when you listed to 'Salambo' off Genuine American Moster, you expect to see Vinnie Jones mincing around with a bottle of Bacardi ? Just a thought !!!!!

I would have to say the swining/red raw & sore, a close second is Wrecked.

Swining/Red Raw and Sore is definatly better that Wrecked, except for the Keith LeBlanc remix of Rope, I cannot stand it. I guess it's because I think the original is perfect how it was.

I chose SINSATION (US), not that there is much difference in the US and JP release. It is a hard pick between them all, but I think that it was the first RW cd that I picked up. I would say that I was most dissapointed wit GAM, not saying that it is a bad cd it's just that it didn't follow with the agression that was in Sinsation and Wrecked.

Wrecked(US) because I only have Wrecked and GAM. Wrecked is also my all-time favorite CD out of any band.

i'm gonna have to go with praise the lard. something about that cd just holds on to you. not that every one of his cd's isn't absolutely amazing. but there is something about prais the lard that I can't get enough of.

Since I am allowed to vote again, I have decided to put a notch into Poke in the Eye, because that album is ingenious. On uncomprehensible levels.

Speaking of Pigmata, I think the thread needs to be updated with that on the list, as in my opinion, Pigmata is the best release since Wrecked.

Same here. I got Wrecked recently and I can only get into a couple of songs, on the other hand I like every song on Pigmata.
