it always perplexes me when the same person bids consecutively on the same item, while they are still the current high bidder. I mean, sure, you can go ahead and pay more for one thing, but wait for someone else to compete with!

I mean, sure, you can go ahead and pay more for one thing, but wait for someone else to compete with! let me see if i can explain this and still make sense. i often wondered the same thing until recently when i took a closer look at the bid dates. in this particular auction you bid $20 on the 6th. shown below your bid are $6 $10 and $20 bids by redrawsore, then above your bid is a $30 bid again by redrawsore. the multiple amounts by the same person are an attempt to become high bidder, not an increase of a current high bid. if you look at the bids by order of date and not dollar amount, it will become a bit more clear.

exactly. youre only supporting him if its from HIV, Virgin or any new music store. buying second hand for those prices can be very debatable.

My goal of this thread is to get PIG and other Raymond Watts merch to people how ever possible on ebay. The best way to support Raymond is to promote his work and when he goes on tour buy every one of his cds and shirts from the merch stand.

ONLY if the show is in a small club. if, by chance, he is part of a larger festival tour do not buy the merch. the festival venue ups the price and takes a huge cut of the profits.

KMFDM hasn't been a part of a festival in about a decade though
